About

Founded in 2008, the Nepalese Student Association at Texas A&M University (TAMU) aims to serve the Nepali community here at College Station, Texas, and foster a sound cultural and social camaraderie.

The main purpose of the NSA TAMU is to provide a platform for the Nepalese students at TAMU to communicate with each other and with the University. NSA aims to promote and educate a better understanding of Nepalese culture and heritage to all students and to the Aggie Community.

Volunteer Signup sheet (Texas A&M Football Concession stands)

Nepalese Student Association (NSA) is excited to invite you to be a volunteer at Concession Stands at Texas A&M football games. We are volunteering at Concession Stands to raise funds for NSA which will allow us to organize and share different cultural and sports events with the Aggie community. NSA has signed up to volunteer at 7 of the Texas A&M football games at Kyle Field and we would love to see you at the concession stands on one or few of those Saturdays.

Volunteering is a selfless service and we are truly thankful to you for choosing to volunteer with NSA.

Working at the concession stands is pretty simple and we will help you with all the steps once you signup with us. It is around 6 to 8 hours of commitment on Saturdays where 2 of those hours will be busy however you will also get to experience the exciting atmosphere at Kyle Field for free! You will be doing one of the three duties:

(a) Greeting the customer and asking what they want.

(b) Using a tablet to complete the purchase and swipe credit card.

We are planning to have an especial gathering for volunteers sometimes after the end of the football session.
